Raise 3D N Series instructions build
Step 1. Print the adaptersFor the Raise 3D, you will need to print 2 little parts. The suction head needs supports to be well printed, but not inside. That's why we've made a STL with supports, so you can print it without worrying about the supports. All these parts are already oriented as needed. Here are a few recommendations for printing:

These prints are your last ones without Zimpure!
Step 2. Installing the RaiseSuctionHeadUnscrew the right extruder fan of your Raise 3D. Remove the original filament cooling adapter, and replace it by the RaiseSuctionHead.
Step 3. Tighten the Hose HolderUse one back to back Velcro tape to tighten the UpperHoseHolder.
Step 4. Installing the HoseInsert the hose into the UpperHoseHolder and in the RaiseSuctionHead.
Step 5. Operating instruction (IMPORTANT)Plug the hose to Zimpure and here you go, your Zimpure is ready to filter!
If you use the RAISE Cover, leave Zimpure into the chamber as shown on the picutre, but use the Cover90Adaptor so the hose will not bend.
You need to turn it ON only after than your Raise 3D has started to print.
Please verify how the beginning of the first layer goes.
You are now all set up to print safely, without any toxic emissions. You can see how Zimpure is efficient by smelling on the top of your Raise. No more bad and hazardous ABS smelt!
Happy safe printing!
